In a momentous turn of events, BRS Working President and Minister KTR paid a visit to Ponnala Lakshmaiah’s residence in Jubilee Hills.Joined by other prominent BRS leaders, they held a fruitful meeting with Ponnala during their visit.
Following the meeting, KTR addressed the media and shared that their purpose was to extend an invitation to Ponnala to join BRS.He eagerly announced that Ponnala would formally become a part of BRS in the presence of CM KCR on the 16th of the month.
KTR assured that Ponnala would be accorded a fitting position within BRS, one that reflects his experience and importance.He also mentioned their request for Ponnala to meet with CM KCR the next day to delve into further discussions.
KTR underscored the respect afforded to leaders like KK and DS by granting them pivotal roles within the party.
KTR voiced his critique of the Congress party, alleging a disregard for the stature and wisdom of senior leaders.
He specifically raised concerns about Revanth Reddy’s track record of party-hopping and emphasized the importance of reciprocated respect.
KTR also took aim at the Congress leadership for appointing Revanth Reddy as TPCC chief.
