The YSRCP is facing internal issues in the Konaseema district, with conflicts between Minister Chelluboina Venu and MP Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, as well as Minister Pinipe Vishwarup and Amalapuram MP Chinta Anuradha.
Recently, CM YS Jagan Reddy’s scheduled visit to Amalapuram in Konaseema district was canceled due to heavy rains.
The visit was supposed to include the depositing of zero interest subsidized funds to Dwakra communities.
However, amid this trip’s cancellation, differences between Minister Pinipe Viswarupu and MP Chinta Anuradha came to light.
During the preparations for CM Jagan’s visit, Anuradha’s photo was not included in the flexi banners and posters set up to welcome the Chief Minister.
Instead, Minister Vishwarup’s son Srikanth’s photos were printed on the flexi banners.
This move angered Anuradha and her followers, who criticized the local YSRCP leaders for not following protocol and not including the MP’s photo.
The situation has created tension between the two factions, with speculation that the exclusion of Anuradha’s photo may have been done on the orders of Minister Vishwarup.
There are murmurs and discontent among the party members in the district due to these internal issues.
As CM Jagan Reddy’s visit was canceled, it remains to be seen how he will address and resolve the conflicts between the ministers and MPs in the Konaseema district to maintain party unity and harmony.
