Shares are allotted to his company under pay.According to proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis, the shares to be allotted to Jagdeep Singh are estimated to be worth about 2.3 billion (Rs 174.86 crore in Indian currency).In the field of electronic vehicles, Jagdeep Singh compared the package to Tesla chief Alan Musk.Last year Musk .received 6.7 billion.Like Jagdeep, Alan Musk also got a pay package in stock options.
Jagdeep Singh holds a Masters Degree from the prestigious Stanford University and a Graduation Degree from Maryland University College Park.
QuantumScape investors include Billgates, Khosla Ventures, Light Speed and Volkswagen.The company is developing lithium batteries used in electric vehicles.
According to company data, the battery cell can be charged up to 80 percent in 15 minutes.It has twice the power density of high end commercial lithium batteries.
