Fighter: Intense Air Force Filming Begins with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone

Director Siddharth Anand recently began the final major schedule of his movie “Fighter” with actors Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai.This schedule will last for about 15 days and will involve filming dramatic scenes set in Indian Air Force bases and offices.

To create the necessary settings, a large set resembling an air force base has been constructed at Andheri studio.The previous shooting took place at the Tezpur Air Force Station in Assam and the Indian Force Academy in Dundigal near Hyderabad, capturing exterior sequences.

During the current schedule, the focus is on shooting interior scenes and dialogue portions, in line with the vision of director of photography Satchith Paulose.Production designer Rajat Poddarr and his team have built an extensive set that includes the interiors of an air force base, classrooms, and offices.

The filming is divided, with the lead actors and Karan Singh Grover shooting their portions separately.

Following this schedule, Roshan and Padukone will prepare for the filming of two songs, which will take about five days.

Subsequently, there will be a short five-day schedule in Mumbai.In October, Siddharth plans to shoot additional sequences inside a fighter plane, which will involve heavy use of visual effects.The post-production work will occur simultaneously.

“Fighter” began shooting in November, starting in Assam and then moving to Kashmir, Hyderabad, and finally Mumbai.The story revolves around Roshan’s character, Shamsher Pathania (also known as Patty), as he aspires to become the country’s top fighter pilot.

Siddharth Anand is determined to complete the filming by November in order to meet the movie’s scheduled release date in January 2024.After his previous film “Pathaan,” the director is determined to raise the bar with “Fighter” and is working diligently to ensure its success.
