In a recent incident , 66 cattles, mercilessly tied and stuffed like potatoes, one over the other, in a narrow vehicle were caught while being transported illegally.

In another incident , 100 male calves stuffed mercilessly in two vehicles were sent to Dhyan Foundation’s Sahyog Gaushala in Challur District.

On unloading the gauvansh, 2 were found dead and 15-20 others were in a critical condition with skin peeling off their bodies. It was later found that before loading them on to the vehicle, these barbarians poured boiling hot water on the poor babies so that it is easy to remove their skin post illegal slaughter.

Crossing all the limits of humanity, stuffing them like vegetables where they were not able to breath or move an inch , the cattle are brought to Dhyan Foundation Sahayog Nandishala with serious injuries: broken back, legs and bleeding. They are being given immediate medical attention and are being rehabilitated until further notice at the nandishala which is being organized and administered by Dhyan Foundation, an NGO who is rehabilitating over 70,000 cattle in more than 40 gaushalas all over India and abroad.

Volunteer of Dhyan Foundation Harish said, the condition in which these gauvansh were recovered makes one question whether the ones carrying out these gruesome crimes are even human or are they devils in disguise. The transporter is booked for flouting all the rules and laid down by the honourable Supreme Court and laws.

There was no proper documentation of carrying livestock from consignor and consignee and no destination, No proper vet certificates identifying the breed age, free from infectious dangerous diseases, etc.“It is a very inhumane act towards voiceless poor animals”, says Harish , demanding a strict action against the criminals. He said gaushala is rehabilitating 1700 plus cattles which were being rescued while transporting cruelly.

Telangana State Prohibition of Cow Slaughter and Animal Preservation Act 1977 (Sections 3, 5, 6, 10, 11), PCA act 1960 (Sections 11, 38), Transport of Animals Rules 1978 (Section 56 A,B,C) and IPC 428 and 429 – all point that the activities of the mafia are illegal and punishable under Indian Law.Violating all civil, criminal and moral laws, these murderers fear neither the law of the land, nor the gods above. It is high time they are pinned down and their nefarious business is shut down completely.1000s of crores of black money generated which funds what? No income tax paid or any other kind of tax.
