It was a day of mixed bag for ABN news channel and its MD Radha Krishna.The country’s apex court ordered revoking of ban on the channel in Telangana state.

Court ordered to file case on Radha Krishna for cheating conjoined twins Veena-Vani in the name of extending financial aid to them.The court saw cheating in fund collection by the media house in the name of conjoined twins; Veena and Vani.
Few days back a noted media house highlighted the matter and a person named Sunkari Janardhan Goud filed petition.Responding to the petition Secunderabad magistrate ordered Saroornagar Police to file a case on RK and ABN under sections IPC 406, 420, 403 and 120B
The petitioner alleged that neither the channel nor RK had concern to use the funds and said Radha Krishna had misappropriated the donations received by him for extending help to the poor family.
The court had asked the cops to conduct a detailed probe into the issue after booking a case and submit a detailed report before November 16.
