Ever since Temper got critics acclaim people started to look at Puri Jagannath again.Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma triggered a storm with his sensational comment on Puri saying that Puri could be the director for Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s 150th film.
RGV posted this emotional tweet after watching ‘Temper.’ As predicted by RGV Puri got chance to direct Megastar and the film will soon hit floors.
Meanwhile Puri Jagannath revealed an interesting piece of news about the film.Speaking to as National daily Puri stated that it was Bollywood Mega Star Amitabh Bachchan who recommended his name for Chiranjeevi.
“During the promotion of Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap, Amitabh was in Hyderabad.He suggested my name to direct the 150th film,” shared Puri
Puri also added, ” One day, Chranjeevi called and asked me to come to his office.
When I went there, I saw a list of directors on it and my name was highlighted.Chiranjeevi said that he finalized my name as director.
I immediately hugged the megastar and promised him to meet the expectations’’.Meanwhile Puri said that he doesn’t feel pressure directing this landmark film.
