Under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar, Bihar became the first state in the country where power and water supply reached every house in rural and urban areas in the state.Bihar is the first state where caste based survey was successfully conducted.
We are also going to give houses to 94000 landless people in the state apart from stipends to unemployed youths and women,” Kumar said.“Nitish Kumar has done tremendous work to empower women in the state.
