Actress Kareena Kapoor held a gathering at her Mumbai home, attended by friends like filmmaker Karan Johar, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, and Natasha Poonawalla.Videos and photos of the guests arriving were shared online.
Karan Johar wore a printed blue sweatshirt and denims, while Natasha wore a pink dress with black boots.Malaika chose a green outfit, Amrita wore a black dress under a white jacket, and Kareena donned a colorful kaftan.
Kareena shared pictures on Instagram Stories, including one of Karan talking on the phone while Natasha snapped his photo.Another picture featured Kareena with Malaika, titled “Kaftan girls for life.” She also posted a photo hugging Amrita, captioned “It’s called forever…”
Malaika posted photos too, one with Kareena pouting, captioned “Smiles and pouts forever.” She also shared a goofy selfie with Amrita and their friend, and a selfie featuring Kareena and Karan, praising their talent and love.Amrita shared a group selfie on her Instagram Stories.
Switching gears, Kareena’s upcoming films include a thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh based on “The Devotion of Suspect X,” alongside Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat.She’s also part of “The Crew” alongside Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh, releasing on March 22, 2024.Another untitled film by Hansal Mehta is also in the works.
On a different note, Karan Johar recently directed “Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” a romantic drama starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi.The film hit theaters on July 28 and has entered the ₹300 crore club globally.
