Kadapa YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy has raised concerns about the CBI investigation into the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy.
In a letter to the current director, Praveen Sood, Avinash expressed doubts about the manner of investigation conducted by CBI SP Ramsingh.
The letter comes after the recent testimonies of Sharmila and Sunita in the case.
Avinash Reddy’s complaint against Ramsingh revolves around allegations of biased investigation.
He believes that Ramsingh conducted the inquiry with a prejudiced attitude.Avinash has requested a review of Ramsingh’s investigation in light of the second charge sheet filed by the CBI.
In his letter, Kadapa MP Avinash raised doubts about Viveka’s second marriage and issues related to land settlements in Bengaluru, suggesting that these might be the reasons for the murder.He pointed out that Ramsingh’s inquiry was based on inconsistent answers from Dastagiri, and Avinash believes that the murder could have been motivated by an attempt to obtain property documents in the name of the second wife.
Avinash Reddy urged the CBI director to rectify any mistakes made by Ramsingh during the investigation and ensure that the real culprits behind the murder are identified and brought to justice.The letter highlights the concerns and questions raised by Avinash regarding the investigation into the high-profile murder case.
