Actor Shahid Kapoor recently shared his experiences of working as a background dancer in popular Bollywood songs.He reminisced about his time as a background dancer in Aishwarya Rai’s song “Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye” and Karisma Kapoor’s song “Le Gayi.” These experiences hold both good and not-so-good memories for Shahid.
Shahid Kapoor, the son of veteran actors Pankaj Kapur and Neliima Azeem, made his debut in Bollywood in 2003 with the film “Ishq Vishk.” However, his initial screen appearance happened even before that when he featured in the song “Dil Toh Pagal Hai” alongside Karisma Kapoor.
Recalling his experience during the filming of “Dil Toh Pagal Hai,” Shahid shared his nervousness and lack of favorite memories from that time.
He explained that his hair was bouncing around too much, which was spoiling the shots, making him extremely nervous.Being a newcomer in Shiamak’s troupe at that time, Shahid felt like a rookie and was constantly filled with anxiety, hoping he wouldn’t mess things up.
Speaking about his collaboration with Aishwarya Rai in the song “Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye” from the film “Taal,” Shahid revealed a hidden incident.On the day of the shoot, he had actually met with an accident while riding his motorcycle.
Despite being flustered from the fall, he reached the set and performed alongside Aishwarya.Shahid considers that day as both the worst and the best day of his life at that time.

Recently, Shahid Kapoor made his debut in the OTT space with the film “Farzi,” and he is now preparing for his next release titled “Bloody Daddy.” Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, this movie is a remake of the 2011 French film “Sleepless Night.” Alongside Shahid, the film features actors Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, and Rajeev Khandelwal.“Bloody Daddy” is scheduled to release on JioCinema on June 9.
