The surprising incident unfolded as the Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s convoy was unexpectedly brought to a halt by a constable in Tadepalli.The incident occurred while Chief Minister YS Jagan was en route to his camp office in Tadepalli from Guntur district, causing a brief disruption in his journey.
The constable’s action immediately prompted a response from the police and security personnel on duty, who swiftly intervened.Subsequently, the constable was apprehended and taken into the custody.
Following the detainment, authorities proceeded to question the police constable regarding the reason for blocking Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s convoy.Sources indicate that the constable claimed to have attempted to hand over a memorandum to the Chief Minister.
The constable in uniform came in the way and the CM’s convoy went ahead without stopping. Though the convoy of the Chief Minister continued on its way without any incident, security personnel reportedly detained and questioned the constable for his action.
The constable sought to make a representation to the CM based on preliminary investigation.So far, no case has been filed.
