Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will be Vizag tour on the 11th of this month during which he would lay the foundation stones and participate in a few inaugurations.Jagan will also unveil the statue of his father YSR in the YSR stadium.
YSR started the stadium in Vizag 18 years back.
He will also start a few developmental programs during his tour.
But a program for which Jagan would lay the foundation stone had caught everyone’s attention.A debate is going on politically and socially on this.
YCP leaders are saying that Jagan is doing what TDP could not.Jagan will lay the foundation stone for the welfare building of Kapus at Endada in Vizag on May11.Kapu leaders demanded the building during the TDP regime.Though everything was planned that did not get materialised.
Kapu leaders say that Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao who became Minister from Bheemili played a key role in achieving this and made sure that the Cabinet okays this and that land is allocated.Though the government allotted the land, CM laying a foundation stone has become crucial.

YCP is busy wooing the community for the next elections.Laying the foundation stone for the welfare building is also dubbed as a strategic move.
Ministers from the Vizag region can lay the foundation stone for the building.But CM Jagan is directly coming for the occasion and many say that there are various aspects to this.
Vizag is in the middle of Godavari districts and North Andhra.YCP wants to send a clear issue from here.
It is said that the party wants to target the votes of Kapus in five districts.Buildings would be constructed in these districts if Kapus want as per the info.
Though Jagan will lay the foundation stones for many development programs, laying a foundation stone for the Kapu building became sensational politically.
