After the fury of Supreme Court, the infamous YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case probe by CBI seems to moving at a faster pace lately.The arrest of main accused Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy is likely to be imminent.

A crucial development has happened in the case all of sudden.The CBI has arrested Avinash Reddy’s close confidante, Uday Kumar Reddy the other day.The recent development in this case is about remand report of Uday Kumar Reddy.

The CBI officials in the remand report stated that Uday Kumar Reddy, Sivashankar Reddy, and Avinash Reddy tampered with the evidence at the site of Viveka’s murder.

It is alleged that Uday Kumar visited Avinash Reddy’s residence after Viveka’s murder, which was revealed through Google Takeout location data.

“Uday Kumar Reddy is aware of the murder well in advance.

He went to the MP’s house on the day of the murder and they waited there until the news of the murder is out.They reached Viveka’s house in two minutes.Uday did not cooperate with the investigation and there are doubts that he will escape,” the remand report said.The CBI officials also claim that Uday Kumar Reddy allegedly attempted to cover up the injuries with stitches and band-aids, and approached his father Prakash Reddy to do so.

The Google Takeout information of the accused is matching these claims.It is evident that the noose is tightening around MP Avinash Reddy in this case.

With the arrest of Uday Kumar Reddy, CBI came further close to Avinash Reddy’s arrest.

It was rumoured that the arrest of Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy had been long ago but the case became slow all of sudden.

There were speculations that Jagan managed to engineer a compromise with Delhi.But the with the interference of Supreme Court and the change of investigation officer, things seems to be different and not in favour of Avinash Reddy this time.
