SS Rajamouli is a famous director who recently made a film called RRR.The movie stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan and won a Golden Globe award. One of the songs from the movie, called Naatu Naatu, was nominated for an Oscar.Rajamouli said in a recent interview that he was inspired by two other films when making RRR.The first one is a Telugu film called Mayabazar, which gave him confidence to make RRR.
In Mayabazar, the characters speak in a modern Telugu language, which is different from the language usually used in films based on ancient stories like the Mahabharata.Rajamouli was inspired by this and decided to use a similar approach in RRR.He also liked the way Mayabazar experimented with language and invented new words for comedic effect.

The second film that inspired Rajamouli is Braveheart, a movie directed by Mel Gibson.Although Rajamouli did not like the violent scenes in the movie, he was inspired by the climax of Braveheart, where the main character is being whipped. This scene inspired Rajamouli to create a similar scene in RRR, where the character Bheem is being whipped.

RRR is a movie that tells a fictional story, but it’s based on the lives of two real-life Telugu freedom fighters named Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. In the movie, Ram Charan played the role of Alluri Seetharama Raju, while Jr NTR played the role of Komaram Bheem. The movie was made on a budget of Rs 550 crore and grossed over Rs 1200 crore worldwide.
One of the songs from the movie, Naatu Naatu, was nominated for an Oscar in the Best Original Song category.
