Hong Kong, Sep 10 : In spite of Covid-10 controls in place in various cities, Chinese vendors are witnessing an influx of customers for the brand new Apple iPhone 14 series.
According to South China Morning Post, one Apple seller in Shenzhen district claimed he has seen an influx of initial demands for the iPhone 14.

“Vendors in Huaqiangbei market in the southern tech hub of Shenzhen are preparing for a record-breaking the sales of the iPhone 14, with price increases of up to 22,000 Yuan ($255) anticipated,” the report mentioned.

Huaqiangbei is temporarily closed due to the city’s strict covid-19-based control procedures.

The pre-orders to the official iPhone 14 series began on September 9, with official sales starting on September 16.

The mark-ups on other models will be between 500 and 1,000 yuan, as per the report, which cites vendors.

“It will be more hot than last year’s iPhone 13,” one of the vendors said.

Apple has announced the brand new iPhone 14 series with four models including iPhone 14 14, 14 Plus Pro, 14 Pro and Pro Max.Pro Max — that starts at Rs 79,900.
