KCR’s daughter hits back Telangana Governor

Hyderabad 8 September : Reacting to Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter K.Kavitha alleged on Thursday that the office of the governor has been transformed into a stage for political debate to attack the state government as well as the chief minister.
“The job of Governor of Telangana has transformed into an arena for political debate that will not restrain itself from slandering the TRS government as well as CM KCR garu.” Kavitha tweeted.Kavitha just hours after Tamilisai slammed the government of Telangana for “humiliating” her.

“The declarations of Hon’ble Governor comes at a point when they realized that BJP driven smear campaign can’t be used to deceive the citizens of Telangana,” wrote Kavitha who is an elected of the members of Telangana Legislative Council.

After completing of three years in office the governor addressed a press conference in Raj Bhavan on Thursday and launched an attack on the chief minister as well as the state government.

She asserted that the state’s government discriminates against a female governor by not adhering to the protocol.

She claimed she was not given the chance to fly the flag of the nation on Republic Day or deliver her speech.

She claimed that obstacles were made in her attempts to communicate with the people.She also criticised the Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao for not making it to Raj Bhavan despite inviting her.

“It will be remembered in the history of Telangana how a female governor was treated” she said.

State ministers have reacted at the governor over her remarks, saying that her behavior did not reflect the standards of an individual who holds the office of governor.

Minister for Panchayat Raj E.Dayakar Rao urged Tamilisai to be a gentleman and maintain dignity as the governor of the state.

He claimed she was acting as an BJP worker and had discussions with BJP officials.

The minister also said that Tamilisai did not receive the respect she deserved since she was slandering the governor’s office of governor, and added that Telangana treated Governor Tamilisai like its own daughter, but she was under the guidance of the BJP.
