London 8th September : The Queen Elizabeth is being monitored by a medical professional at Balmoral after doctors became concerned about her health, Buckingham Palace has announced, BBC reported.
All the children of the Queen are currently on or traveling to her Scottish estate in the vicinity of Aberdeen.
“Following an additional examination this morning The Queen’s medical professionals are worried about Her Majesty’s health and have suggested that she be under medical supervision” the statement read.
The Queen is comfortable, was added.
It is quite unusual to see Buckingham Palace to put out such a statement – it is not usually willing to offer a comment on the 96-year-old monarch’s medical issues which are considered private, BBC reported.
Prince Charles has been to Balmoral with his wife the Duchess of Cornwall.
The Duke of York and the Count and Countess of Wessex are traveling to the Scottish estate, which is about 40 miles (64km) west of Aberdeen.
The Princess Royal The Princess Royal, Princess Anne was in Scotland conducting engagements.
The Duke of Cambridge is also on his way, with the Duchess of Cambridge staying in Windsor with their kids for their first full day at school.
Barriers are being constructed in front of one of the entrances to the estate.
There are clear concerns regarding the Queen’s health which are much more clearly stated than before and without any mention of the issue being solely about issues with mobility.
Also, there are warnings about unsubstantiated speculation, for instance the possibility that she might have taken an accident.
On Tuesday, she was standing on her feet and smiling as she was sworn in as the her new prime minister Liz Truss, BBC reported.
But after the last-minute denial of what could have been a virtual session of the Privy Council – of senior ministers – there’s no doubt about the vulnerability of the Queen’s health.
