New Delhi, Sep 7 : Alia Bhatt, smiling and with a visible baby bump, delivered an adorable ending to the final leg of the “Brahmastra Part One: Shiva’ promotions by singing the hit song ‘Kesariya’.It has been viewed more than 165 million times on YouTube.Dressed in white T-shirts, worn with jeans and a lavender blazer the mother-to-be was joined by her husband Ranbir Kapoor as well as the film’s director Ayan Mukerji.
When asked what her favorite song was from the film, Alia decided to stun everyone by singing the song.
She sang the song that was originally performed by Arijit Singh.The track, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya has been made into music by Pritam.
Alia, who’s given back-to back critically highly acclaimed performances in “Gangubai Kathiyawadi'” and “Darlings,” was at her best when a reporter asked her if she felt this was the right time to release the film ‘Brahmastra’.
She declared: “Which climate? There is no such thing.It’s a beautiful place to let a film out.We must be happy, healthy and secure .We all should be thankful for our lives in general.Please don’t speak of such things and spread this message.”
The answer can be used to qualify for another job as a diplomat, or politician.
She concluded the discussion by declaring: “The environment is not negative.The whole thing is positive.We are extremely content that theatres are operating and films are played in cinemas.We’re extremely grateful to have done work and put a film for the public to enjoy.”
