Bareilly/Mainpuri (UP) Sep 4, : In two separate incidents two middle-aged men died on the stage in the middle of their performances.The two suffered cardiac arrests and died in the moment of death.
It took only a few minutes for people around to realize the circumstances.
In the beginning the deceased, the 48-year-old Prabhat Kumar was employed as a technical assistant for the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), died while dancing on the floor of a DJ during an after-hours night party in Bareilly.
The clip of the incident has been viewed by millions on social media.
Prabhat was at an event for a friend’s birthday in the hotel and was dancing to an awe-inspiring Hindi track when he fell over and his head struck the floor.
He was immediately administered CPR by a doctor who was present at the party , but he was not responding to treatment.
Prabhat was then transported to a private medical facility, where he was declared dead.
Doctors stated that he had suffered a serious heart attack.
In the incident in Mainpuri the young man named Ravi Sharma was playing the character of Hanuman in the play which was staged to celebrate the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.
He was seen dancing on stage during his performance, but he suddenly fell to the ground and stopped moving.At first, the audience believed that it was part of the show but when he didn’t move they picked the man up and took to the hospital, in which he was declared to the grave.
A heart specialist who is senior in Lucknow stated: “Cases of middle-aged men who suffer heart attacks are becoming more frequent.This is mostly due to the fact that many people don’t opt for regular medical checks in this stage of life and believe that they are fit enough to take on strenuous exercise.”
