BJP could be reduced to 50 seats in 2024’s LS polls: Bihar CM

Patna 4th of September : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has claimed that he will reduce the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to 50 seats in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
When addressing the JD-U’s National Executive Committee in Patna, Kumar said that he is working to bring together political leaders in the country.

“We are working hard to make opposition leaders more united in the nation.We’ve had a conversation with the Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao a couple of days ago and I am frequently in contact with the leaders of opposition parties on the phone.If opposition parties fight against BJP and reduce it to around 50 seats.” the Chief Minister said.

“I will be going to Delhi to meet all the leaders of the parties of opposition.

I will begin the campaign to unify opposition officials of all over the nation,” he said.

Nitish Kumar claimed that the Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Bihar to disrupt peace in the community.

“He is scheduled to visit Bihar to celebrate Dussehra in Seemanchal area.What is the motivation behind it? He would like to disrupt the family unit of Bihar and cause tension between the communities.I would like to urge everyone of JD-U to be vigilant throughout the next two years.They will invent conspiracies against us.We need to find the conspiracy and take action with the issue,” Kumar added.

“During the 2019 Lok Sabha election, BJP won in Bihar with the support of JD-U however in the state Assembly election we (JD-U) assisted their (BJP) in winning the election, but they shifted their vote to different parties in an attempt to undermine us.The result was that we surpassed 43.” he said.

“BJP has sparked the cycle of communal violence and hatred in the nation.I am now on the battlefield to fight the BJP and you know when I committed to any task I would do it with success,” he added.
