Chandigarh 3rd of September : The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) on Saturday ordered the ILD builder to submit a resolution plan for an unfinished project in Gurugram and to hand over the units to the allottees in accordance with the plan.HRERA Chairman K.K.Khandelwal addressed the appeal of homeowners who’ve had to contend with the builder in default over allocation of homes for more than 10 years.
Apart from the allottees ILD promoter and builder Salman Akbar, was also present in HRERA office prior to the chairman.
Khandelwal ordered the builder submit an action plan to finish the project that is not completed of Sector 37-C and to allot the units according to the plan.
In warning the builder the HRERA Chairman also stated that the project needs to be completed in any way and that the construction sites, offices plots, flats etc.could be attached or auctioned to earn insufficient funds to finish the project, which has been in the balance since 2008-09.
Khandelwal spoke to the purchasers, who wanted to see the his approval for the implementation of the orders that the authority issued in favor of completion of the project for the last four years.The allottees demanded the most severe action against the construction company.
He looked over the records of the builder to determine mortgaged, unsold and sold properties, and issued instructions to block all transactions with money with immediate effect.
Not able to meet the requirements of HRERA directives The chairman warned the construction company of placing promoters under the bar.
HRERA has issued summonses, requesting promoters to show up with the resolution’s final plan of action on September 7.
