Speaking to mediapersons in the area, Mishra said these people do not even speak one word when they are accused of committing crimes in the state that is not BJP-friendly.

“Why did these people remain silent when a girl of a minor age was killed in Jharkhand Why didn’t they speak one word about the Udaipur murder? Because they think crime is a problem in only in states ruled by BJP.They are agents and sleeper cells of Tukde-Tukde Gang,” Mishra said.

“These are the same folks who created award-wapsi in the first place,” Mishra added.

Speaking to an unnamed news channel on Thursday Shabana Azmi stated “Bilkis Bano did not lose her determination. She stood up for her cause all the way.She was able to get these people to be convictions and, as her husband has said, “just as she was about to put her life back together and get her life back on track, this terrible injustice of justice occurred.”

The 11 men who were sentenced to life imprisonment in the connection with the gang-raped murder of Bilkis Bano and the murder of seven members of her family, were released of the Godhra sub-jail on 15 August when the Gujarat government granted the release of their prisoners under its Remission policy.
