New Delhi, Aug 29 : Snapchat on Monday added a dual camera feature to allow Snapchatters to capture different perspectives and themes simultaneously.The dual camera feature comes with four layouts, including horizontal, vertical and horizontal, picture in picture and cutouts.
Snapchatters can also use their favorite Snapchat innovative tools like music, Stickers and Lenses, said the company.
“Dual Camera is available worldwide via iOS as of today, with Android support in the coming months,” said Snap, the parent company of Snapchat.
Here’s how it works.Start the app on Snapchat and then you’ll be able to see a brand new icon in the toolbar for cameras.
With just one tap, you’ll be able to start making Snaps and Stories, or more polished Spotlight videos with more perspectives.
“Dual Camera offers a fun method for our community to capture thrilling moments while being a part of the memories,” said the company.
Snap also has a rewards program specifically for Spotlight creators in which it awards millions of dollars to Snapchatters who produce the best Spotlight Snaps.
“Share the work you create with Dual Camera using Spotlight or, if the spark occurs quickly, you can create an Snap or Story,” the company said.
Snap earlier this month revealed the premium Snapchat service Snapchat+ has surpassed 1 million subscribers .The platform has started the rollout of new features that let users customize their experience.
