Mumbai 28 Aug : Bollywood star Govinda has said that his wife Sunita Ahuja is a huge fan of Superstar Singer 2 contestant Mani and his style of singing.He stated: “My wife is a huge fan of Mani.I’ve never heard her praise anyone but when Mani performs on stage she is able to see tears in her eyes.She is always praying for him to succeed and she has an overwhelming affection for him in her heart.”
After watching Mani’s performance in the track “Oye Raju” from the comedy film of the same name in 2000 ‘Hadh Di Aapne”, Govinda said: “The way Mani has been performing on stage, he has successfully gained lots of fans from all over the globe.There is a brief message from my wife that expresses her affection for him.”
Along with the actor in the movie ‘Rajababu film director Satish Kaushik also applauded Mani and stated that he fully was with Sunita since Mani’s performances could cause tears in the eyes of his fans.
He said: ” I completely agree with what Sunita Ji has to say since he is a joy to watch.The way he sings from the heart with such ease and ease is admirable.I’d like to hug him a hug.
“I am extremely grateful to the parents of Mani for having an amazing child.I understand that artists have to deal with certain circumstances because of which they are unable to spend, learn or accomplish too much.”
In announcing that Mani was born into an poor family, Kaushik said: “But these artists have been blessed by the goddess Saraswati who has them go a long way.When I look at Mani is a reminder of my childhood as my parents were equally humble and I was a part of an intimate family.
“Just like you, I was a kid who would sit in the corner of my room and think of being an artist.I often told my dad that I was going to make my name “Kaushik famous.Today, what I have is the result of Saraswati the Goddess and I am certain Mani will be blessed with the same.”
