Hyderabad 25 August : Telangana state BJP president Bandi Sanjay has claimed on Thursday that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) have conspired to cause law and order issues in the state. He declared it a tragedy that the chief minister, who is supposed to keep peace and law and order, was now trying to create law and solve problems.
Sanjay said that this plot was devised to divert the public’s focus from the Delhi fraud and the raids carried out by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
The BJP leader was referring the allegations against the Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter as well as the state legislator K.Kavitha that she was involved in multi-crore Delhi liquor fraud.
Sanjay who is an Lok Sabha participant, has slammed the TRS government for allowing stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui to perform in Hyderabad. He claimed that because the comedian was a threat to the religious beliefs of people, several states have banned his performances.
“What was the reason for allowing such an individual to stage his own show in Hyderabad,” asked the BJP leader.
The MP said that the TRS government was responsible for the security for Faruqui’s show with 22,000 policemen.
He said that in the past, comedians’ shows were canceled due to protests from Hindu groups.
“Permitting this kind of person to take part in Hyderabad was nothing more than an attempt to incite community sentiments” he said.
The BJP leader also blasted at AIMIM for allegedly engaging in voting bank politics.”Intellectuals and residents of the city of old of Hyderabad are in favor of development, however AIMIM is playing the vote bank,” he said.
Sanjay claimed that TRS as well as AIMIM have joined forces to create a plot to divert the attention of people by causing law-and-order issues. He advised that people be cautious about their plans and behave with caution.
