New Delhi, Aug 23 : In advance of the Delhi rally and the ‘Bharat Jodyo Yatra the Congress is planning an attack on the media with press conference of high-ranking officials in the capitals of the state to discuss the issues of unemployment and inflation in the nation.
According to Congress leaders they will hold a press conference on August 29 for the ‘Dilli Chalo Halla Bol rally’ and on September 5 to celebrate the ‘Bharat Jody Yatra’.

The party is planning to concentrate on the rally that is scheduled in Delhi and the Yatra which will run for 3,500 kilometers.

The Congress has delayed its planned “Mehangai Par Halla Bol” event scheduled for August 28-September 4.This is due to the ongoing Covid conditions in the capital city of the nation.

“Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the Covid-19 situation, the Congress Mehangai Par Halla Bol’ rally in the Ramlila Maidan in Delhi has been moved from the 28th of August through September 4.The rally will deliver an eloquent signal to the rude Modi Sarkar” the party’s General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said.

The Congress had scheduled a meeting of AICC general secretaries, state in-charges PCC presidents as well as the leaders of the legislature party as well as other leaders last week to get ready for the protest against unemployment and inflation that was scheduled for August 28.

It is believed that the agitation on 5 August on the same issue was successful, and Rahul Gandhi as well as Priyanka Gandhi, along with many others were detained by police.

It also has organized “Mehangai Chaupals” or interactive gatherings at mandis, markets for retail and other places in all Assembly constituencies.
