Los Angeles, Aug 23 : The season premiere of “House of the Dragon’ drew unprecedented attention.The show brought in 9.99 million viewers on HBO as well as HBO Max following its debut in accordance with Warner Bros.Discovery.This figure includes linear airings and HBO Max streams during premiere night, which is reported by “Variety”.

The film ‘House of the Dragon is inspired by George R.R.Martin’s novel of the same name, ‘Fire and Blood’.
The show is set 200 years prior to the events of Game of Thrones and tells the tale of House Targaryen.
