Jaipur 22nd August : Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has on Monday approved the purchase of 30 crore rupees for medicines and vaccines that will prevent lumpy skin diseases in cattle.
The state government has been working with full commitment and determination to stop the spreading of lumpy skin diseases in a press statement released by the office of the Chief Minister.
In the past, decisions have taken to purchase essential medicines without releasing any tender.It is important to note that the department of animal husbandry has submitted a proposal to make an additional contribution of 30 crore in the fiscal 2022-23 under the Pashudhan Nishulk Aroyga Yojana for districts to purchase vaccines and medicines to treat lumpy skin which is currently being spread in across the entire state.
The Chief Minister on Monday endorsed this plan on Monday.
After the CM’s approval medications and vaccines are available immediately in order to the spreading of lumpy skin diseases in animals.
