Mumbai 20th August : An array of Bollywood stars like Hrithik Roshan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kabir Khan and Nikhil Advani among many others were in attendance to provide extra punch to the Asia Pacific premiere in Mumbai of “The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power’.The show’s premiere was attended by show’s stars Rob Aramayo, Maxim Baldry, Markella Kavenagh, Charles Edwards, Lloyd Owen, Megan Richards, Nazanin Boniadi, Ema Horvath, Tyroe Muhafidin and Sara Zwangobaniand, as well as showrunner J.D.Payne.
The premiere showcased the cinematic, rich world of the show, with the cast and crew making an impressive appearance on the carpet in true Mumbai fashion in an array of colorful and vibrant auto Rickshaws.
Other members of the Hindi film industry who attended the evening included Bani J, Rasika Duggal, Sayani Gupta, Maanvi Gagroo and Jim Sarbh.
The event kicked off with an address by showrunner J.D.Payne, with thunderous applause from the crowd in the auditorium that was packed.
The Asia Pacific premiere of ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ in Mumbai was a part of the world tour that has premieres in Los Angeles, Mexico City and London.
The Amazon Original series will premiere two episodes on September 2 on Prime Video, with fresh episodes being released each week in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and English as well with several other languages around the world.
