Fourth member of IS “Beatles'” terror cell is arrested in UK

London on August 11, : A man believed to be the fourth person of the Islamic State (IS) terror cell dubbed “The Beatles The Beatles’ has been taken into custody in the UK on terror charges.
Aine Davis 38, was detained on Wednesday evening , after arriving in Luton airport on an aircraft from Turkey According to BBC News.

He was detained in connection with violations under sections 15 17 and 57 of the Terrorism Act, 2000, DPA news agency reported the incident, using the BBC as being syaing.

Davis was detained by police of the Metropolitan Police’s Counter Terrorism Command and taken to an officer station in south London.

He is currently in police custody.

Davis is believed to have denied he was part of the cell.

The “Beatles” group is thought to be comprised of four people, who are believed to have grew up in west London who volunteered to fight IS in Syria and then ended up protecting Western hostages according to the BBC reported.

They were known as the Beatles in honor of the Liverpudlian band by hostages because of their English accents.

US authorities have claimed that the terrorist group killed 27 hostages, and beheaded some of them.

Video clips of the crime were released across the globe and caused outrage.

Cell-based cell leader Mohammed Emwazi, widely known as Jihadi John, was killed in an air strike in 2015.

Londoner Alexanda Kotey was jailed in the US in April for her role in the murder and torture of American hostages.

The co-defendant, El Shafee Elsheikh, will be sentenced in August for his part in the plot.
