MRPS president Manda Krishna Madiga expressed anger over the remarks made by Telangana Chief Minister KCR to change the constitution.He said on Wednesday that it was not right for the rulers to attribute their failures to the constitution.
KCR has been criticized for trying to bring in a dictatorial constitution.He said KCR was thinking of how many more days to follow the constitution written by a Dalit.
According to Article 3 of the constitution written by Ambedkar, there was an opportunity for the formation of small states.He reminded that Telangana came because of that constitution and KCR became the CM.He said that KCR had forgotten that he had become the CM because of Ambedkar.
He alleged that the people were expressing their opposition to the KCR rule.
He said that the people should change the constitution as they have the right to protest against it as per the constitution.He demanded an unconditional apology from CM KCR for the remarks made on the constitution.
He said they would launch agitation programs at Ambedkar statues from the 10th of this month in protest of the remarks.
