Naa Peru Siva, an action drama featuring noted Kollywood star Karthi in the central release was announced for theatrical release on 13th January, marking the occasion of Sankranthi. But in view of the alarming surge in new Covid cases, the film’s release has been postponed indefinitely.
The producer KE Gnanavel Raja stated that the new release date will be announced once normalcy is restored.
Naa Peru Siva 2 marks the coming together of Karthi and the director Pa Ranjith, who had previously helmed films like Kabali, Sarpatta Parambarai, and others.The film has Catherine Tresa in the female lead role.
