London, January 1, : , Boris Johnson, British Prime Minister, has stated that Britain is “incomparably stronger” than last year when fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.This despite daily infected rising to new heights thanks to the Omicron variant.
Johnson posted his message on Friday, January 1, 2019, stating that “whatever the difficulties fate may continue to throw at us and whatever our anxieties about the weeks or months ahead, especially about Omicron’s growing number in hospitals.we are able to say with certainty — this December 31 position is incomparably more than last year.”

According to Xinhua, the Prime Minister praised the Covid-19 vaccination program’s success and “heroic public reaction” to the booster campaign.He claimed that every adult eligible in the country was now covered with a third dose.

According to recent figures, nearly 90 percent of British 12 year-olds have had their first doses of Covid-19 vaccine.More than 82% have received both.

Over 58% have had booster jabs and/or the third doses of coronavirus vaccination.

According to Thursday’s official statistics, Britain saw a record 189,213 coronavirus case increase per day.This brings the total infected population to 12,748,050.

Johnson made these remarks amid concerns about the nation’s rising inflation.
