Congress: Govt that insults the spirit of the Constitution

New Delhi, Nov 26th : After the Prime Minister attacked the Opposition parties for their boycott of the Constitution Day event, Congress retaliated by claiming that the government is "insulting the spirit" of the Constitution through disrespecting the Opposition.
