The circular dated Thursday (November 11) stated, “In recent days passengers are using more and more cell phones.

“This is disturbing fellow passengers and loud noises are making the journey unpleasant.
This is disturbing other passengers, and the loud noises make it difficult to travel.The loud sounds and disturbances made by the passengers make the trip unpleasant.

The circular stated that playing mobiles on speaker mode to watch movies, songs, news and videos is against Karnataka Motor vehicles Act 1989, Rule 94 (1) (V).According to the circular, mobile phones on speaker mode are prohibited for watching movies, music, or news.It was stated in the circular that mobile phone users should not use speaker mode on their phones to view videos, movies or songs.
This is contrary to Karnataka Motor vehicles Act 1989 (Rule 94(1)) (V).The conductors are advised to create awareness among the passengers in this regard.Conductors should inform passengers about this matter.It is recommended that conductors raise awareness with passengers.
The conductors are advised to request the mobile user not to put mobile on speaker and tell him that it is disturbing others.Conductors should ask the user to not turn off his mobile phone’s speaker, and inform him of other disturbances.
It is a good idea for conductors to ask mobile users not to use their mobile phones as speakers and to tell them that they are disturbing other passengers.If passengers continue to do so and violate the guideline, the driver or conductor can get the passenger out of the vehicle.
If the passengers persist in violating the guideline and continue to do this, they can be removed from the bus by the conductor or driver.If they continue to violate this guideline, drivers or conductors can ask passengers to get out of their vehicle.
The guideline allows the conductor and driver to stop the bus until the passenger gets down.This guideline permits the driver and conductor to pull the bus over until the passengers get down.
Driver and conductor can stop the bus at the station until the person gets on their feet.The ticket fare will also not be refunded to those passengers.
These passengers will not receive a refund of their ticket.Passengers who do not pay the ticket will not get their money back.
