In an unexpected way, filmmaker, actress Alia Bhatt’s father Mahesh Bhatt received death threats from an anonymous person in his phone.The unknown guy demanded 50 lakh from Mahesh Bhatt and if in case, he fails to deposit the same, that person has reportedly threatened to kill Mahesh, Alia and his wife Soni Razdan.
The unidentified person said that he will shoot round of bullets if Mahesh takes it as a prank.
Not taking the threat calls and messages in a light way, Mahesh Bhatt has immediately approached the Mumbai police.
The police registered the case under section 387 as the person has communicated with extortion and death threats.Mumbai police increased security for Alia and family and employed force in Juhu locality, where the Bhatt family reside.
This is not for the first time, even before this, a D gang (mafia) threatened to kill the Bhatt family but got arrested in 2014.
