Vaidehi Nair is a 16-year-old girl who is going to be seen in a Bollywood film with Taapsee Pannu.She started her career with a documentary about the murder of Aarushi Talwar at the age of 11.
Last year, Vaidehi scored 92% in her tenth board exams and she is now pursuing her studies in Class 11 at Mithibai College in Mumbai.In the upcoming film Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan, Vaidehi plays the role of Sanjana Sanghi’s younger sister, alongside Taapsee Pannu and Prateik Gandhi.
Vaidehi expressed that working with Taapsee was a dream come true for her, and she acquired meticulous organizing skills from the beautiful artist.Vaidehi also praised Taapsee’s singing skills and said that they were blessed to listen to her singing between the shifting of the scenes.
Vaidehi has worked in several fantasy Hindi TV shows including Tantra, RadhaKrishn, and Brahmarakshas 2.She said that she loves watching herself on screen and does so critically, with her mother’s help in pointing out her flaws in a positive manner.She believes that such shows are made for entertainment alone and does not believe in supernatural powers.
Vaidehi said that she feels the pressure of juggling studies and her profession at times, especially during her board exams.
However, with the help of her mother, she managed to balance both well.Despite facing rejections, she never felt the need to change her profession.

She shared her disappointment when she was not selected for Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, a show she had watched since childhood.However, she believes that something better is awaiting her.
Furthermore, Vaidehi shared her experience of working in the documentary, The Talwars: Behind Closed Doors.She was apprehensive about playing the role of a 14-year-old in a murder mystery at the age of 11, but with the help of a great technical team, she eased into the role and learned a lot.
