AP police gave yet another shock to former TDP MLA and Sangam Dairy chairman Dhulipalla Narendra, who has been recently released from jail.AP police have registered another case against Dulipalla Narendra.
Police have registered a case against Dhulipalla Narendra for holding a meeting at a hotel with Sangam Dairy management in violation of covid rules.
The case was registered after Patamata police sub-inspector Kishore Kumar complained that the meeting was held while the curfew was in force.
A case has been registered under Sections 269, 270, 34, 188 of the IPC under the Infectious Diseases Act.
However, Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan and Dhulipalla Narendra were arrested by AP police on a complaint of irregularities in Sangam Dairy.Narendra, who was arrested in the case, was released from jail on bail.Narendra met Sangam Dairy governing body and held a meeting.
A case has been registered against Dhulipalla Narendra for holding the meeting against the covid rules.AP government thought of capturing Sangam Dairy.
However, the AP High Court gave the verdict in favour of the Sangam Dairy and ruled the AP govt to dismiss the GO.
