The Andhra Pradesh state government has appointed Dr Nori Dattatreyudu, one of the most experienced and renowned radiation oncologists, as the Government Adviser.General Administration (Political) Secretary Muthyalaraju issued orders appointing Dr Nori Dattatreyudu as an advisor with a two-year tenure in the cabinet.
Recently, Dr Nori Dattatreyudu had a lengthy talk with CM YS Jagan on cancer prevention treatments and cutting-edge approaches in cancer treatments.
The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has asked Dr Nori Dattatreyudu to be an advisor to the Andhra Pradesh state government to provide appropriate assistance in cancer treatment.
Dr Nori Dattatreyudu has 43 years of experience in radiation oncology in the country.He has played an important role in developing new technologies and advanced techniques for breast centres, gynaecological oncology, head and neck oncology, neuro-oncology, and thoracic programs.
Dr Nori Dattatreyudu started Tumour conferences at each sub-speciality in oncology at Queens, New York Hospital.He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2015 for his work in the field of medicine.
In the wake of his internationally recognized achievements, the Andhra Pradesh state government has appointed Dr Nori Dattatreyudu as an advisor to Andhra Pradesh.
