Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS Eamcet) has released the first-phase engineering web counselling list on Saturday.
Reportedly, many students have shown interest in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science courses during engineering seat allotments under convenor quota.
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence recorded 100 per cent seat allotments.
The engineering courses in Data Science has got 168 seats where a total of 126 seats recorded for the students who opted for Artificial Intelligence.Besides, out of 251 Computer Science and Business- System programme, 86 per cent seats were allotted to the students.
In addition to that, Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)-Cyber Security recorded 51 per cent of allotments out of 1,842 seats, while CSE-Data Science programme 47 per cent out of 3,197 seats.
According to the Eamcet admissions convenor, out of the 70,135 seats in 178 engineering colleges, 71.49 per cent seats recorded in the first-phase admissions.Meanwhile, the Pharmacy and Pharm D programmes have got 4.02 per cent seat allocations from 4,505 seats available in 119 pharmacy colleges.
Candidates with seat allotment order must report online through the official website https://tseamcet.nic.in along with the required fee on or before October 28.
