Tovino Thomas is currently in the midst of shooting his upcoming movie titled “Nadikar Thilakam,” which is being hailed as one of the most significant projects in his career.For those eagerly anticipating the film, here’s an update.
The actor pleasantly surprised his fans by sharing a fresh poster from the movie.In a notable departure, Tovino Thomas will be portraying the role of a superstar in this particular film.
Having previously appeared in the successful disaster movie of 2018, Tovino Thomas is set to grace the big screen again with not just one but two films this year – “Anweshippin Kandethum” and “Adrishya Jalakangal.” Presently, he’s engaged in the simultaneous filming of “Ajayante Randam Moshanam” and “Nadikar Thilakam.”
Taking to his Instagram account, Tovino Thomas unveiled the latest poster of “Nadikar Thilakam.” In the poster, he showcases a brand-new look with a man bun and a cigarette, standing against a lit mirror.The caption on the poster reads, “Shine on you crazy diamond.”
In his Instagram post, Tovino Thomas shared his excitement, mentioning that the magic of David and Bala in “Nadikar Thilakam” is gradually unfolding with each day of shooting.The film is directed by Jean Paul Lal and boasts a cast including Veena Nandakumar, Soubin Shahir, Balu Varghese, and Suresh Krishna.
“Nadikar Thilakam” has begun its production journey this year, commencing on July 11.The initial filming schedule is taking place in Kochi.Tovino Thomas takes on the role of David Padikkal, while Soubin Shahir will portray Bala.
The film is set to hit theaters in early 2024.
Interestingly, 2023 is proving to be a jam-packed year for Tovino Thomas.Following the triumph of his 2018 project, he is currently juggling the filming of “Nadikar Thilakam” and “Ajayante Randam Moshanam.” Additionally, “Anweshippin Kandethum” and “Adrishya Jalakangal” are in the post-production phase and are also expected to release within the year.
