The decision of the House is the final decision .Pocharam clarified.The assembly also refused permission for a press meet at the media point.Earlier, BJP MLAs Etela Rajender, Rajasingh and Raghunandan Rao met the Telangana Assembly secretary on Tuesday morning.
The BJP MLAs were taken to the Speaker by the Assembly Secretary on the direction of the High Court.Already Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy has reached the Assembly.
However, Speaker Pocharam Srinivasareddy said that the suspension would not be lifted and they withdrew.BJP MLAs said their request was rejected by the Speaker.The Telangana budget meetings will end today.
It is learned that the suspended MLA went to the High Court to be allowed to sit in the Legislative Assembly.
The High Court yesterday clarified that the Speaker would make the final decision on the suspension of BJP MLAs.The Telangana High Court opined that MLAs should be in the assembly.
The Telangana High Court opined that the decision on lifting the suspension was up to the Speaker.The speaker stated that the decision should be taken towards resolving the issue.
The court said that democracy can only exist if there are representatives of the people in the House.With this, three BJP MLAs who were suspended with a copy of the order came to the assembly today.However, they were denied permission to enter.The High Court showed the order and first met the Secretary and then the Speaker.
