Reportedly Sunil okayed the Telugu remake of Bell Bottom.
After consecutive flops as Hero, Sunil again came back to his comedian image and a few times surprised the fans with his villain cameos.
If the reports are correct, Sunil is testing his luck again as a hero by remaking a super hit Kannada comedy film, Bell Bottom.Starring Rishab Shetty and Hari Priya, Bell Bottom received accolades from critics and viewers alike in Kannada, and it is the renowned quirky Sherlock-kind of the film in South Indian industry until Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya arrived.
That has become the biggest problem for Sunil right now.Most of his fans feel Sunil could have remade it before Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya released, as the comparisons arrive if he does it now.Though the stories of both the films are different, the theme of a humorous-underdog detective solving a mystery is similar in both the movies.
However, a few fans say it is early to talk about the result as an official announcement is still pending.
The director of the film not finalised yet and even Rishab Shetty hasn’t confirmed the news.On the work front, Sunil has impressed with his negative role in Colour Photo.
