Mumbai 8th August : Shefali Shah has been awed by audiences with her role in the Alia Bhatt-led dark comedy film ‘Darlings’.The film’s critics have been praising her for the way she has played her role as Shamshunissa. Following her appearances in “Jalsa” and “Human that have kept her in the spotlight, Shefali has shown yet another aspect of her impressive array of abilities.
In response to the praise, and appearing overwhelmed, Shefali said: “The response that ‘Darlings’ has received from the public is overwhelming, exhilarating and exhilarating to be honest.This is a huge thank you to everyone on the team for the dedication and professionalism they’ve put into the show.”
She said: “Personally for me, 2022 has been an incredible and creatively rewarding year to date as I was able to create several of the most engaging films and stories.With such amazing stories, every part of material this year inspired me to do 10x more.I am thrilled that the public is loving this variety of content, and is showering me with many compliments.”
In the coming months, Shefali will be seen reprising her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi in “Delhi Crime 2”, in hot pursuit of the “kaccha-banian” group of serial killers, as well as in Anubhuti Kashyap’s cult comedy “Doctor G” with Ayushmann Khurana.Rakul Preet Singh.
