Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan recently visited Ujjain and Indore in Madhya Pradesh, where she explored various temples.She shared her experiences on Instagram, posting videos and pictures from her visits.
Sara sought blessings at the Kal Bhairav Temple and the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, as well as the Khajrana Ganesh Temple in Indore.Throughout her temple visits, Sara adorned traditional ethnic outfits.
In one of the shared clips, Sara was seen wearing a pink saree while visiting the Mahakaleshwar Temple.Inside the temple, she closed her eyes, immersing herself in the devotional music.
Sara folded her hands and performed rituals, also interacting with a fan who called out to her.Expressing her gratitude, Sara replied with a smile, saying “Dhanyawaad” when congratulated.
She also posted a picture of herself standing outside the temple, gazing away from the camera, captioning it “Peaceful in the day.” Sara tagged the location as Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and added the song “Namo Namo” from her movie “Kedarnath” as background music.Another photo shared by the actor captured the mesmerizing night ambiance inside the temple, with Sara writing, “Jai Bholenath.Mesmerizing at night…a day well spent.” She also shared a picture of herself sitting inside a temple alongside another woman, simply geo-tagging the location as Kal Bhairav, Ujjain.
Sara’s visit to Indore included offering prayers at the Khajrana Ganesh Temple.She shared pictures on her Instagram Stories, featuring herself and other devotees.Sara captioned one photo as “Somya ki ghar vapsi (Somya returns) in Indore,” tagging the location as Khajrana Ganesh Mandir, Indore.
For this visit, she opted for a white suit.Interestingly, Sara’s temple visits coincided with the success of her film “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke” at the box office.
The movie, co-starring Vicky Kaushal, had been receiving positive responses.Prior to this, Sara had also visited Mumbai’s famous Siddhivinayak Temple.
Sara’s Bollywood journey began in 2018 with her debut opposite the late Sushant Singh Rajput in the film “Kedarnath.” She went on to appear in movies like “Simmba,” “Love Aaj Kal 2,” “Coolie No 1,” “Atrangi Re,” and “Gaslight.” Recently, she was seen alongside Vicky Kaushal in “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” which had a decent run at the box office.
Looking ahead, Sara has exciting projects in the pipeline.She will be part of Anurag Basu’s anthology film “Metro In Dino,” featuring a star-studded cast including Aditya Roy Kapur, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, and Neena Gupta.Additionally, she is working on “Ae Watan Mere Watan,” directed by Kannan Iyer and co-written by Darab Farooqui and Kannan.
