There was an uproar over the construction of the Kodanda Ramaswamy temple in Ramathiratham, Vijayanagaram district.It has been alleged that the YCP government decided to hold the temple reconstruction works without informing the Mansas Trust Chairman and Ramatirtha Kodanda Ramalaya trustee Ashok Gajapati Raju.
Also, Ashok Gajapathi Raju alleged that he was not invited to the ceremony as per protocol.With this, an altercation developed between Ashok Gajapathiraju and Minister Vellampalli and prevailed tensions in Ramathirtham during the stone laying ceremony.
Ashok Gajapati alleged that he was prevented by Minister Vellampalli Srinivas from hitting the coconut.
With the altercation, a police case was registered against Ashok Gajapathiraju.
Police have registered a case against Ashok Gajapati Raju under sections 473, and 353.The judgment given earlier by the High Court Single Bench was challenged in the Cumulative Division Bench.
In this context, Ashok Gajapathiraju was recently given a big sigh of relief in the High Court.The High Court has directed that no further action be taken in the three cases registered by the police against Ashok Gajapati Raju.
Now, the TDP activists were stating that this was the biggest failure for Sanchaita Gajapatiraju.
