To mark Prabhas’ special day, the team unveiled an exciting new poster.

The poster reiterates that “Salaar” is set for release on December 22.In a recent turn of events, the overseas distributor of Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dunki” confirmed a rescheduled release date of December 21, a day earlier than originally planned. Some of Prabhas’ fans suggested that “Salaar” might also consider releasing on the 21st to avoid a clash, but the latest poster has put those speculations to rest.

It’s clear that the team has no intention of moving the release date, and they’re gearing up for a grand-scale launch in all territories. With a positive reception, “Salaar” could well become Prabhas’ second film to cross the 1000 crore mark.

The film boasts an ensemble cast including Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles.

Titled “Salaar Part 1 – Ceasefire,” this action-packed film is produced by Hombale Films, known for their previous successes like ‘KGF’ and ‘Kantara’.

On the other side, SRK’s highly anticipated collaboration with director Rajkumar Hirani, “Dunki,” stars Taapsee Pannu as the female lead.

The impending clash between these two mega releases could potentially impact their opening figures and the industry at large.

Some voices in the digital realm suggest that Hombale Films, the production house behind “Salaar,” might be taking a bold step in choosing to release alongside “Dunki,” especially given Prabhas’ aspiration to bounce back after a string of post-‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ endeavors.

As the industry watches closely, this clash of titans promises an exhilarating battle at the box office.
