Kollywood actor Siddharth’s upcoming film, titled “Chithha,” is set to make its theatrical debut later this year.The movie’s first look was revealed by its creators in April.
Directed by SU Arun Kumar, the film not only features Siddharth as an actor but also as a producer under his banner Etaki Entertainment.
Recently, a new poster and the release date for “Chithha” were unveiled.The movie’s stars Jayam Ravi, Vijay Sethupathi, and Aditi Rao Hydari, who is rumored to be Siddharth’s girlfriend, shared the poster on their social media accounts.The caption on Aditi’s post announced that the film would be released on September 28.
The film, categorized as a thriller, revolves around the special bond between a young girl and her uncle, played by Siddharth.The intriguing poster showcases Siddharth’s worn-out appearance, which has caught the attention of film enthusiasts.The background score for the movie is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar, while the songs are written by Dhibu Ninan Thomas.
“Chithha” is the fourth production under Siddharth’s Etaki Entertainment and will be distributed by Red Giant Movies.This movie follows Siddharth’s previous works like “Kaadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi,” “Jil Junk Juk,” and “Aval.”
In addition to “Chithha,” Siddharth has other projects in the pipeline.He will be sharing the screen with Kamal Haasan in “Indian 2,” which also features Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Bobby Simha.Siddharth will also be seen in “Test,” a cricket-themed film directed by Sashikanth, which completed filming a few months ago.
