Ram Charan, the actor of the Oscar-winning film RRR, expressed his admiration and gratitude for his father Chiranjeevi, who completed 45 years in the film industry on Friday.Chiranjeevi is a megastar who has starred in over 150 films and has a huge fan following.
Ram Charan shared a post on Instagram, where he congratulated his father for his remarkable journey in cinema.He wrote that Chiranjeevi started with Pranam Khareedu, a Telugu film released in 1978, and continued to dazzle the audience with his performances.
He also praised his father for his humanitarian activities and thanked him for teaching him values of discipline, hard work, dedication, excellence and compassion.
The post was accompanied by a picture of Chiranjeevi holding a trophy and smiling.
Ram Charan’s fans were quick to comment on the post and shower their love and respect for the megastar.One fan wrote that Chiranjeevi was a “twinkle twinkle little star” and another fan called him “the real boss”.

Chiranjeevi is currently working on a fantasy entertainer titled Mega 157, which is being directed by Vassishta, who made his debut with Bimbisara.
The film was announced on Chiranjeevi’s birthday with a poster that showed the five elements of nature – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Sky – in a star-shaped object with a trident.The film is expected to be a grand spectacle and is being produced by UV Creations.
Ram Charan, on the other hand, will be seen next in Game Changer, a film opposite Kiara Advani.The film is being directed by S.Shankar.Charan last film was RRR, the epic drama that won an Oscar for best foreign language film.
Cherry played the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju, a freedom fighter, in RRR.The film also starred Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
